Eligibility for Returns
We offer a 2-day return window from the date your order is delivered.
To be eligible for a return:
- Your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
- It must be in the original packaging.
- You must have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Digital books or downloadable content
- Books damaged after delivery due to misuse or negligence
- Any return request made after 2 days of delivery
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order via email at info@wowbookstore.com.
- Include your order number, reason for return, and clear photos (if the product is damaged).
- Our team will review and respond within 24–48 hours.
If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the book(s) back.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- You will be notified of the status of your refund.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days via your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, misprinted, or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at info@wowbookstore.com.
